They look to be at Ft. Louisburg, NS, or maybe even Ft. Ticonderoga. George P. Carroll was the Johhny Appleseed of high-quality fife and drum corps in the 1960s and 1970s... US Army Old Guard, Colonial Williamsburg, Walt DisneyWorld, Musick of Turkey Run Farm. And when we were at Ft. Louisburg some years ago, they said he helped them get started. After 1981, he focused on Civil War F&D in Md.
